Upon your arrival, you will:
- Meet with the appropriate staff and review your current information
- Be provided with the policies and procedures of the facility
- Be given a schedule to orient you to our facility
- Be assigned to a room and given a place to put your personal items
Once you are settled, you will:
- Meet with your counselor to review your information
- Work with your counselor to develop a treatment plan that is specific to your needs
- Meet with a nurse to have a health evaluation; medical conditions, dietary needs or prescriptions will be reviewed
- Participate in individual and group therapy sessions and programs such as Breaking Barriers, the Franklin Model and life skills training
- Please note that all inpatient drug and alcohol residents will have a mandatory blackout period of 3 days which includes no telephone calls or visits from friends and family. This is a period of evaluation and reflection that is a key component in recovery
