The company is always looking for qualified candidates and appreciates recommendations made by existing employees. If you recommend someone who is hired on a full-time, permanent basis and who is still employed by the company after 90 days, you are eligible to be paid a referral bonus. The current referral fee is $500. To qualify for this referral program the referring employee’s name MUST appear on the “referred by” line of the new hire form which is completed at the facility level.
